Trending @Infosys; Change in compensation if promoted?

Hi, joined April last year, got promotion letter this week with due to outstanding ratings and got change in designation, where can I check the compensation is revised or not? How does that work in infy, do they only promote or give some hikes as well?

5B to 5A is progression. 5A to 6 is promotion.

Will they give any hike for 6B to 6A progression?

Any progression is not eligible for hike.

It's a progression letter for me.
So there's a Clause:-

"The job description, competencies and performance measures applicable to you in your revised Role Designation

will be made available to you on InfyMe shortly. All other terms and conditions of your employment remain unchanged."

That doesn't make sense if i cant get hike but just added responsibilities 🥲

If it is progression, not eligible for hike.

Check CNB doc in infyme, there they have attached new revised salary also

If it is progression, you will not get any hike. If it is promotion, you will get.go to infy me—>me—>official—>CAG—>compensation and benefit related documents .
