Change in Authoritative Top-Down approach after Election result

The leadership style has become Authoritative and complete top down approach especially in last 5 years in IT industry for most of the IT companies which has Indian CEO due to the bad influence from the country's political path. I hope it will definitely be changed to collaborative leadership after 2025 election results 🤩
