Is there a way I can change my HR in the system. I am currently on bench and planning to ask for immediate release , how can i force hr to release me any suggestions guys , please suggest!!!!!!!!!!. How can get early release somehow!?!!!!!!!

Complete depend upon manager and HR...no proper rule on this.

You cannot…..unfortunately you will have to serve your entire notice period…….. you may give a try by reaching out to VP Sanjeev Jain he might help
