Change base location

Currently I am working in Chennai serisuri location from last three years and same project, from last two years I am asking my team lead to change my base location this is the 4th year I am working Chennai location , but last two years I got B and C bands, this time also team lead saying may be you B or C band like this some one please help me on this and as per my knowledge in tcs after completion of two it’s possible to change the base location.
