Chances of Termination mail if didn't resign.

What are the chances they will send a termination letter if I fail to meet or join the in-person meeting HR Discussion after 2 to 3 reminders. Also RMG said they prepared a list for termination and if we didn't resign or didn't respond to the final call then they will send a termination letter directly in Malli.

RMG asked to meet HR and resign because there is less chance of being allocated in a short time. Also they are saying they have name in the termination list so don't get terminated instead put resign

Termination is better atleast you get 3 month basic salary. Put paper you get nothing.

Yes I have mail saying that in the evaluation process of onboarding it will take 1 week which is next Monday or Tuesday. But RMG told needed to be in allocation at the time of discussion with HR
