Chances of Termination if not reporting to the office?
And working from home without any exception..

Have done that for one quarter, didn't get any warning mail or anything but now I'm just doing swipe in and out because of the layoff season just to be safe. I'd recommend you to do the same just to be safe.

Nothing will happen, I know some people in my project who have not been to office for a single day in the past 4 years 😅 they have saved millions by not paying any rent or loan and living in their homes while some pay rents , purchase flats on emi. In the end everybody knows who the real loser is .

If you won’t go to office . Then it will effect on variable pay unless you are billable . ? Right ?

They will send or not but when you put paper they ask to pay back your non wfo period salary back many posted regarding this in grapevine but it real or fake i don't have any idea

Very high

Either leave or exception is must.

No, unless you are billable. But at risk if you go to bench.
