Chances of reducing my notice period in below situation
I have received an offer letter with a 300% salary hike, and the company has requested me to join within the next 30 days. Currently, I am assigned to a project, but there has been no work for the past six months, and I have been filling unassigned allocation in TCS timesheet (a temporary allocation). Given this situation, what are the chances of reducing my notice period?

In TCS most of the times same situation, no work for mos of people, only few of people working in a project and other taken for billing purpose. So even after you are not actually working, for you tcs is billing client. So there are less chances of getting early release. If needed you will need to forcefully ask for early release from project, then from tcs as well you will get early release automatically.

So, it's like taking a release from the project, moving to the RMG pool, and then asking for an early release, right?

@LooseNut37 Bro pls can you help I need such project as of now for few days kindly kindly let me know the project name and details plsss bro
