Trending @Accenture; Chances Of Promotion In November Cycle

I joined as a fresher in August 2022 with a CTC of ( 9 + 21% variable) . Since then I have not received any hike .I have been in development project ( under ARC ) right after 1 month of training. I have a huge dependency in my current project and have several awards and appreciation from my leads over the past 2 years including one ACE award last quarter.

Should I expect promotion in November cycle with decent hike (>= 25 % ) ?

You didn't get default promotions in September??? All of my August joiner got promoted in September

Given your achievements and dependency in the project, a promotion is likely. However, expecting a 25% hike might be optimistic. Aim high, but be prepared for a bit less.
