Chances for promotion after 4 yrs

Depends on your unit. First there is an internal project queue where your bands and years matter. After raising in speed it goes to unit which has multiple accounts and comparison is made against them. Your account can try to push for your promotion if they really want to. They have to give a very strong business case to unit hr. Some times C1 to c2 is pending for even 9 months, hr don't reject or accept.
