Challenges with Career transition

Hi

I have relevant experience in a software application however I wanted to upgrade myself with a latest application as many others in my team.

I phased up a lot of wait time and finally a no and have to forcefully leave the company now.

I lost all my confidence and in a dilemma now of where and how can I pickup to crack a job and start performing.

I had no career or educational gap
