Finding direct job opportunities with organizations can be challenging through career sites due to the overwhelming number of listings. It's unclear whether applying on LinkedIn results in direct communication with HR or if it's merely for display. I haven't received any direct calls from companies after applying on LinkedIn. Only we will get the calls from consultancies through naukri, Consultancies often prioritize immediate joiners, which isn't feasible for those with notice periods like 90 or 60 days. Any valid suggestions are highly appreciated.
