Challenges facing in my background

Hello All,

I am currently working as an Application Support Engineer in a Tier 3 company. I have two challenges in my background:

Education – I completed my degree in 2017, but my actual year of passing was 2020 due to backlogs.

Employment – I started working in 2018 and have a 3-year career gap spread across 3 employments.

My query is: Considering the above two issues, is it still possible for me to apply to Tier 1 companies like Wipro, TechM,HCL, LTI, Capgemini, etc.? Or will HR reject my profile directly because of these concerns?

Do Tier 1 companies hire candidates with such challenges, or does this mean I will have to continue my career only with Tier 3 level companies?
