CGI or TCS.
CGI 9LPA or TCS 9.5LPA. Help me in choosing one with reason please.
CGI has hybrid work environment. TCS folks exeoct you to WFO 5 days a week and spend a minimum of 6 hours in office on all those 5 days

Cgi if you dont want onsites. Tcs if you want on-sites. Cgi and tcs are both good for retirement and not good for freshers. Tcs is better for freshers when compared to cgi. Cgi is employee friendly than tcs. Cgi doesn't layoff that easily. Tcs us now famous for firing in bulk. Tcs has better insurance coverage.

Tcs have variable pay which they may or may not pay depending on the company situation. Considering this CGI have a better pay structure and promotion cycles

Its depends on individual but my opinion CGI is best
CGI no doubt. Having worked there and couple of my friends' experiences, CGI is the better option
