Does Capgemini even realize most people working here are just burnt out and mentally done?

The company has no problem bringing in outsiders with fat packages and is somehow fine even if projects get delayed and penalties happen. But when it comes to giving decent hikes to existing employees, suddenly the budget is “tight”.

And the funniest part is once a good employee puts in their resignation, management suddenly wakes up and starts running around. But by then the whole retention drama just feels pointless.
