Hi all my lwd is aug 18.. initially they reached for retention but I told I will consider if they match external offer another offer is in pipeline but I need to relocate so now If I reach out on aug 5-6 will they approve

how many days before should i reach out to them

Please suggest if you have any idea

The sooner the better, because CG delays it. Also, one suggestion: LEAVE!

Hey did they themselves reach out to you about retention ? Also after how many days of serving notice period they reached out to u? I'm also thinking to resign so need some advice
