CG Invent Offer

Getting offered 30L Fixed with Capgemini Invent for their consulting team, with 10 years of relevant work ex, is the money decent enough with those guys? I am trying to push further north of 35.

How is that unit of CG? Feedback on internal hikes and opportunities?
