CFA Scholarships are lottery tbh. I know people who literally wrote 2-3 sentences and got it.

Nonetheless, there is one video of Parth Verma on YT which is pretty comprehensive.

Success rate is low for scholarships tbh. Most people I know just sucked up and paid the fees
