Well I've heard something about Grapevines culture, employees carry there laptop even when they hangout with friends.

Seems like prod issues are inevitable. ;)

I have read a few articles about it and got mixed responses from the internet. Some are saying generalists have the upper hand in this rapidly changing environment & for some specialists will be the top earners.

What's your take on this...
