Certification voucher during bench period

I heard that only when we are allocated in project, TCS provide vouchers to do certification. Is that is true? Or Is there any way to do certification during bench period.

Not anymore...TCS used to..in the name of cost optimization they have stopped this in our project

You mean even while working in project also they are not providing vouchers?

Yes..previous they use to reimburse the amount once you clear certification with your own money ..but now..no vouchers no reimbursement
