Is certification reimbursement available if we attempt a certification through Accenture? If yes, what is the procedure?

Yes, you first inform your immediate supervisor that you are interested to take a certification, if you are not sure which certification, you can discuss with them.
once they agrees you have to raise a certificate reimbursement request on portal, it will go through multiple levels of approval, from your supervisor to manager, DU DG lead and so on... this will take a significant amount of time (during which you can prepare) If the cost of exam is less than 10k, just few levels of approval will be enough
Once you get all levels of approval, you can purchase and attempt the exam within 30-60 days After you clear the exam, you have to upload proof on the portal and you will be given a wbse code for reimbursement
Some IMPORTANT POINTS

  • make sure to NOT purchase or attempt the exam before you get all levels of approval
  • make sure you have invoice of purchase under your name
  • reimbursement is only given for exam and NOT FOR ANY COURSE.
  • make sure payment is also done under your name, because they will ask for payment proof as well (like bank statement)

you need to add that skill in myCompetency, then join community of that skill. There are multiple certification drives from the community, where they provide training and certification vouchers.
