Need suggestions..!!!

I have 6+ yrs of experience in non-technical background and I came to know about lean 6 sigma certification, so I need some advice and suggestions on the below to acquire it

1. Where to do that.. Best institution or platform to do..?

2. What is the difference between the belts..? Black, green, yellow and which is better?
