What if I raise a voucher request that is approved or is pending, but then I have to resign ? Like considering if I have raised it before resigning, could there be any issue while approvals for e-separation ?
Which certificate it is? If it is GCP certification voucher, once they share the voucher with you then it has to be used within 2 weeks to book exam slot, otherwise it will be assigned to other employee, they will know whether its used by you or not as they track it.
Not sure about other certifications, but probably the same might apply.
If you used it to take exam after last working day, then Worst case they might get the voucher amount from you

While raising request I saw some disclaimer,
"I'll give certification exam within 2 weeks and I'm not on notice period"
Which is correct for me, planning to give exam ASAP and not on notice.
But had that got me think of these scenarios.
If your voucher request is pending, it might delay the e-separation process a bit. Best to clear it up with your manager before resigning.
What If I just cancel request like withdraw? Will that still be a problem ?
And what if it is approved but I haven't availed the voucher for exam ?
