So I recently joined a new company in Bangalore, where the CEO just doesn’t know how to manage his time. No meeting ever starts on time, every meeting strays away from the set agenda (he gets upset if you mention that we’re straying away from the agenda), and the priorities change every week. People are being laid off or restructured on a weekly basis.
I’ve joined in a senior role and have worked in chaos before, but I’ve always had direction. The company’s priority should be growing/scaling the business, but the way things are run here, it genuinely makes me feel like that’s not a priority at all. The product is solid and has great potential.
Can someone please help me if they’ve navigated such a scenario before, or any advice on how to deal with this.
listen move on and preferably send a mail with your issues in it
