Trending @Cognizant; Celebrating Cognizant ???
Folks, What is about this celebrating cognizant? I mean who are participants. Are the people who are in HR, Or people who are on pool Or who are on Project, but dont have work. And is the celebration mostly from people who got 5 and got 4.5 % appraisal. Asking as I feel there is no reason why I could celebrate🎉🎊 or frankly work schedule doesn't allow me that leisure. Feel free to comment or criticize if you feel otherwise. @Cognizant.
Actually CEO is celebrating in cognizant by taking all the appraisal and promotions of associates. Dumb associates and HR are participating in such event for making others know cognizant is a good place to work.
