Trending @Cognizant; CCA Role Changed

Hi Everyone, My CCA role was listed as Software Engineer - Associate. However, when I was released from my previous project, my role was updated to Tech Lead as per the bench policy and support project. Even though both roles are considered equivalent. In support projects, the Tech Lead role is equivalent to Associate. As per the bench policy, this change was applied automatically.

Recently, 3-4 days ago I was allocated to a new development project, my reporting hierarchy and department has changed except my role, my role is still showing as Tech Lead. I would like to know whether this role will be updated back to Associate in the future or if it will remain the same. Please reply and let me know if there are any ways to request a CCA role correction
