GenZ who are privileged to have social media so as to express their angst against toxic managers and stressful work environment, will they be the same as their dreadful bosses when they climb up the corporate ladders? Will this cycle ever be broken? Will these young guns who want to be treated equitably and justly be able to revert the same when they are in their manager's shoes? Or will this corporate framework and structure change them too?
