Casual sexism by CXOs on LinkedIn - how are companies ok

This person is a VP in a funded company, and decides to post sexist BS masquerading as humour for engagement farming. Then there are equally sexist comments on the post - many of which are from people employed in the same company. It is so shocking to see blatant sexist attitude, without any logic or even an attempt to discuss anything meaningful. How is a company ok with it? Does this not reflect as a comment on his own employer's culture? Or even the type of people a company hires? If your VP carries this attitude, how are they even fit to lead all genders without any bias.

Sexual discrimination does exist, sadly. I don't see anything wrong in a post highlighting it.

Unlike western countries, India does not have comprehensive anti-discrimination laws for workplaces, so there is rampant discrimination in India based on gender, religion, caste, language, region, etc.

The problem is not just this one person, it is a systemic problem with the whole society in our country.

This guy is just bold enough to express his sexist and misogynistic views publicly, but behind the scenes, prejudiced attitudes and discrimination based on various characteristics, including gender, is rampant, sadly.
