Casual leaves in TCS

Iam having 4 CL which will get expired soon in this month. Can anyone tell if I applied & it didn't get approved by RMG. What will happen, it get deducts from next quarter CL's (leaves) or won't affect?

Already most of calendar days are updated in time sheet so now I don't think system will allow to take leaves

I think you can't apply now because as per my knowledge leave lockin approval period ends by 20th march ,after this if you are getting it approved it will be deducted from your next financial year leave balance.

Your CL will expire on 31st Mar. So you should apply and take it in this month itself before they get lapsed. It would get automatically approved i think but you can't take more than 3 continously.
