Cashfree - Offer details - need advice
I have recently received offer from Cashfree Payment (Joining location - Bangalore, My curr loc is Bangalore only).
I need advice as to join the company/startup or not. Below is comp details -
Base - 27.5L Variable - 1.5L JB - 1L
Stocks - 300 Esops vested over 4 years (At strike price -$38)
Development reimbursement - 1.4L (If a course bought, to be by manager, 50% company will pay)
Strict 5 days WFO
Already asked once to increase Base and Esop. Increased from 26 to 27.5.
Recruiter and One of Higher management folk(during last round) keep mentioning about company having lot of work.
Talked to 1-2 folks, they mentioned about micro management and extended hours.
Does anyone working, left company or any of their friends working there know?

Wlb is also very important. Unless you are in early part of your career try to join the companies that have good wlb.
I currently have 2.5+ years exp. Not currently sure to focus on wlb or not.
