Cash or ESOPS?

I have two offers - one from a series a startup offering 34LPA with no ESOPs whereas another startup giving 28LPA + 10L ESOPs and they're seed stage. Which one shoudl I take? I'm confused? Both have strong growth metrics so far for their stage.
