I have heard they are doing activities to cut down there expenses which includes silent layoffs and cut on digital spending on ads.

Competitor - Mahindra First Choice is laying off silently
And also doing other services usage less across all the products

Funding. Fundraisers are behind their neck to increase the profit so they are reducing their expenses with lay offs and giving shady reason of poor performance. Old and new, both employees impacted.
