To this day, the parts of the cities which don’t flood in our big cities are the ones built by Brits, and the ones we built flood. Cities like Chandigarh and Delhi were also planned by westerners.
Don’t say population, poverty and all that BS. Poorer countries with higher population density than us have figured urban infrastructure out.
