carrier suggestion

Hey everyone, need some genuine advice! I currently have 3 offers and I’m a bit confused:

1️⃣ Capgemini (Malaysia Onsite) – 38 LPA (work permit ready) 2️⃣ EY GDS – 25 LPA fixed (remote, from Kolkata) 3️⃣ Cognizant – 23 LPA fixed + 70K variable (remote, from Kolkata)

Total Experience – 6.2 years Current Tech Stack – Databricks, ADF, PySpark Currently in Capgemini (1.3 years, 4th organization)

Looking for a balance between good pay, stable career growth, and better exposure in data engineering. Would really appreciate genuine suggestions from those who’ve worked in similar roles or companies. 🙏
