Carrer Advice and Insecurities

Hi everyone, I wanted to share something that's been on my mind lately. Whenever I see people posting about their salaries mostly >20 LPA, I have to admit that it makes me feel a bit traumatized.

Why ? Here it is I always have a feel " Hum kyu peeche rahegai BC!" Not a hatred to the people making >20lpa but always a feeling of left behind . To all the folks out here I just wanna ask how did you start your carrer. what are the key points you wanna give me that could help me to ace in my carrer ?.

Looking at the people of my age (23) having a portfolio of >50 lakh makes me feel I have lost in my life and have done nothing .

Here me who has just started a carrer with 4lpa .

I'd really appreciate if you could give me any insights how to deal with this would be really helpful.

Thank you Grapevine for creating a platform where we can discuss and have motivation and getting inspired from great people out here!

I was making 7 LPA at 22. Jumped to 26 LPA at 24. And at 27 above 50 LPA.

Grind is the key. Head down work in silence.
One day you will also get there.

Also this is no race. Enjoy the journey not the destination.

Keep preparing yourself and start taking mock interviews. Developers can easily reach 50L compared to other roles. I have seen many people don't worry

Trust me you will feel the same when you earn 50lpa and see many others making more then 80lpa.

It's ok to feel humbled. keep trying to increase your take home is the only advice

Was making 6lpa at 22 Then 24 lpa at 24 The grind is always on. Not for the sake of money but the sake of pure bliss. Always remember you should love what you do. Thats what matters
