Trending @Accenture; Career/Project advice, It's been almost 1 year since in the project bench
So here is the thing, I have completed my stream training in Java after that I was tagged to a project DU in which I was getting various trainings, one after another and till continuing the same. I have given 2 TechLeap exam, fyi if I pass the exam still not eligible for fast-track promotion,as I'm using only shadow or assigned wbse. Even the internal DU was changed as it was long I was using unassigned, now back to shadow wbse. it's been almost a year here in Accenture doing nothing just training, as I don't want to do support or testing roles so I opted out of those from being. can you please guide me what should I do now. I feel is stucked. "Na Ghat ke Na Ghar ke!"
I am also in a similar situation, my stream training was in Sailpoint IAM after that 7 months in project bench. Just doing self paced trainings and certifications. I am approaching managers but there is no proper response or they just say there's no requirement for CL 12. I have completed techleap school 1 but results are not announced. I am feeling stuck. I don't even have lots of certificates to show my learning during this period, so that I can look for opportunities outside

How many people get stucked with this situation? I also just joined, 3 weeks completed. Got assigned project DU. Im MBA hired senior analyst. Been given training on business analyst course IIBA.

Stop waiting. Demand a real project or start looking elsewhere. Your skills are wasting away. Time to take control.
they keep on saying they are looking for better opportunities, mean while you do this/that training. after completing all training no response. either they will change our DU for shadow wbse or tag us to trainings. they are not even releasing us from the du so that we can be in bench.
in this situation, is relocation allowed?
