Career upskilling idea

I have 7 years of experience.my skill set is python,js,nodejs,php(web development). But I'm not strong in any of the skills due to the frequent gap. Now I'm on lwp due to child care and it's time to learn.is it good to go with AI and ML or MERN stack development? Please suggest.
