Career Transition to marketing

Hi all, I am currently qorking as presales, consultant in IT MNC, I am pursuing course and desire to switch to Marketing analytics. I have commerce background along with PGDM in Marketing and finance. How can I switch and move my career with atleast 25% hike if possible. Please suggest.
