Trending @Accenture; Career transition to a product manager role or Data science/ AI ?

I have around 12 years of experience. I am currently working as Scrum Master with Acceenture. My fixed base pay is 15.50. I feel it is low compared to other skills as per my experience. People at my level are earning more than 20 LPA so I am thinking to transition to a new role as average salary for scrum master is within 20 lacs.

Should I learn product management as I have transferable skills from project management or learn data science / AI as I also have previous experience in development.
