Career transition
I’m working as a L2 operations analyst at Amazon and wanting to make a career transition into PM or a BA role internally, since there is no such policy at Amazon that a L2 can transition to L4 and above role.. can anyone suggest some tips for transition like this..?

No not at all possible
If you have sql and ETL knowledge just try for L3 BA role

I would recommend switch to different company, you will get better hike and also the job role. Once you get the experience in that particular role you may switch back to Amazon as L4 or higher level.
