Career Transition Advice Needed
I now have 3 years of experience at Wipro, and I’ve been stuck in a support role throughout this time. For the past year, I’ve been learning SQL and Data Analytics, and for the last 3–4 months, I’ve been applying for Data Analyst roles. However, I haven’t received even a single interview call so far.
Since I had already started learning Power BI as part of my Data Analyst preparation and developed a stronger interest in it, I’m now thinking of fully preparing for Power BI Developer roles instead, especially because I’m not getting any calls for Data Analyst positions.
Could anyone kindly advise me on this?

I did the same, but the company I joined asked me to start within 30 days. So I submitted my resignation here. Initially, my manager said he would release me early, but he didn’t. After one month, the new company cancelled my offer, and I had to take back my resignation here. Now, whenever I apply to any new company, I am facing issues because of the 90-day notice period
Buddy jumped from same situation but with 7yrs experience i took risk dropped paper without offer and last 30 days i had around 12calls. till last working day i wasn’t had single offer i do have debt of 35lakh still i some how made it..so dont think too much Do or Die..
