Career transformation

I have close to 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing with previous 2 years of experience in Data Visualization in creating basic reports and Dashboard. What are the chances for my career transformation to Data Analytics completely now? Any advices on which course to pursue for DA/DS and what are the career possiblities in terms of designation, salary or companies that I can look for, considering my experience? Any suggestions will be very helpful.
