Career Switch - Please help!

Worked in hospitality for about 8 years (plus four years of training right out of school). Did one year of marketing in the same hotel chain thereafter (loyalty programme).

Moved into an industry which used transferable skills but growth has now stagnated after the first promotion.

Want to move into tech sales/account management. I believe this is where I might really excel owing to what I believe are my exceptional skills - communication and relationship building.

Request if someone can guide me towards companies/roles that focus on soft skills a bit more, than hard SaaS/Sales/AM experience so I can be happy with being challenged and being remunerated for my hard work/results.
