Career switch options for legacy digital marketers?

Let's face it – those of us who started marketing using internet tools in the late 2000s and mid-2010s can no longer keep up with the changing landscape and Gen Z's intensive consumption of social media. Everything is saturated beyond measure. Nobody has the time or attention span to read or engage with thoughtful content and messaging anymore.

Our pay checks aren't rising in line with our responsibilities and generative AI can create any messaging with minimal input. They just don't need our thinking hats anymore.
