Career Switch Guidance Testing to Data Analytics, Engineer
Hi Folks, I need your guidance on a career decision. I’m currently working as a tester at an MNC with around 3 years of experience. However, I’m not seeing long-term growth for myself in the testing domain and am considering a transition into the field of Data Analytics or Data Engineering. I have a strong foundation in understanding and gathering requirements, and I’m confident in my skills with SQL and Python. Given my background and interests, I’d like to know if this would be a good move, and how I can effectively manage or align my existing experience to support this career switch. Looking forward to your advice and suggestions.
