Career switch from TCS
I am a c2 grade employee with 11 years experience. Inspite of being a high performer with A band my promotion is getting deferred . Salary is 10.5 LPA.
Even client mentioned the team will be retained with TCS because of high dependency on me .
I have cleared Ltimindtee interview and they are offering more than 17 LPA .
Please guide if I should accept the offer.

Yes. Even after promotion, your Ctc will be max 13. You can try if tcs wants to retain you.. But even if you do, start your negotiations from around 25lpa and don't settle below 18. Meanwhile you might also get other better offers during your np
