career switch from IBM

Please suggest which IT companies are the best to switch for Data Engineer in Mumbai. Not happy with IBM after getting 7.5 hike in 1.6 years.

Sorry to hear that…I think it depends on the people manager…I have heard for a different team, they all received less than 2%…

In 1.6 years.... atleast you have received hike that too 7.5% it's good.... Accenture, infosys, tcs.. Not even ready to give 1%

I can say.. it's good that you got 7.5 in 1.6 years. Generally in IBM we can't expect much hike. Usually it will be less and most of the ppl would receive as 6/4/2..
