Career switch as a manual tester

Hello, I was from BPS background earlier(4 yrs) and now I’ve switched to IT as a manual tester since last May. Learning automation testing as well.

If I switch after 6 months, how much hike should I expect ?

Where should I try? I am at Gandhinagar TCS.
