Career switch

I am May 23 qualified chartered accountant, working at deloitte usi gurgaon in statutory audit. Total YOE is 1. My fixed salary is 12.5 lakhs. I am happy with organisation and the role. But the working hours are extreme, sometimes 14-15 hours a day. Should i consider switching and what would be ideal options for the switch. I dont want to regret leaving deloitte.
