Career Suggestion
Hi I joined TCS last year as an ITA, I have worked with .net for last 7+ years, along with having experience in Scrum, Product management, business management and Power sector business operation. I wanted to stay here for atleast 4-5 years, but in present situation found it not well to settle down for such a long period, as I have come to know in C3A they are giving very less bonus along with in promotion they are pushing a good chunk of it to variable... Can somebody from similar profile guide me what should I do?
Leave TCS if you are in a good location. Find another company. Tcs is not like, how it’s used to be
Good location means?
Means like Hyderabad, banglore pune . I mean to say if you are in location which is a IT hub, I would recommend you to leave and find another company because, I have seen people working in another companies having good working environments plus good bonuses
