I’m into VnV HIL in automotive having around 8 YoE. I’m thinking to shift my job. But automotive market is too bad outside.

Is there any possibility to shift to embedded or other value streams? If Yes,How?

How to take my career forward considering 8 YoE ? Should I venture into leadership roles?

I’m really clueless and feels stuck.
